I will be doing a workshop for the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce on February 8 from 10 am -12 noon. I expect that more established business owners will attend so the focus will be on how to grow a business. The topics will include understanding the customer, the growth drivers in the business and what prevents scaling a business. Many of the themes are discussed in my book, "Billion Dollar Company: An entrepreneur's guide to business models for high growth companies", which is available on Amazon.
